Private Hajj booking deadline extended by five day

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has extended the deadline for private Hajj bookings by five days, allowing intending pilgrims to complete their reservations through approved Hajj organizers until October 22, 2025.

According to a spokesperson for the ministry, all approved Hajj companies have been instructed to finalize bookings strictly in line with the Hajj Policy 2026 and the Service Provider Agreement (SPA).

A total of 60,000 seats have been allocated under the private Hajj scheme this year, out of which 55,500 bookings have already been completed, leaving only 4,500 seats available.

The ministry reiterated that pilgrims must book their packages only through companies listed on the official website of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and ensure that all payments are made via bank channels directly to the company’s account.

Pilgrims are also advised to obtain a copy of the Hajj agreement and a computerized receipt at the time of booking, and to verify their booking details through the ministry’s website or the “Pak Hajj 2026” mobile app to avoid any potential issues.
