Karachi experiences dry weather with early morning chill

Karachi: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi is currently experiencing dry weather with a slight chill in the early morning hours.

Yesterday, the city recorded a maximum temperature of 32.4°C, while the minimum temperature dropped to 16°C.

The temperature is expected to remain similar today, with the maximum temperature likely reaching 32°C and the minimum temperature staying at 16°C.

Winds are expected to come from the northeast, moving at a light speed, and humidity is at 75% in the morning hours.

Overall weather forecast for Pakistan

The PMD reports that dry weather will continue in most regions of the country today. In the northern areas, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, cold and dry conditions are expected.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s upper districts will experience cold weather as well.

In Punjab, dry weather is expected in most areas, though light fog or smog may affect some parts, especially in low-lying areas, during the early morning and evening hours.

In Sindh, most districts are expected to remain dry, with mild winds and no significant changes in temperature.

In Balochistan, the northern regions will experience cold weather, with severe cold expected during the early mornings and nights.
