ECC meeting today to approve relief package amid COVID 19

A special meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet will be held on Monday (today) to approve the relief package announced by Prime Minister Imran Khan last week to minimize the adverse impact of the coronavirus outbreak on the country’s poor people and economy.

Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance Abdul Hafeez Sheikh will chair the meeting.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan will announce a comprehensive roadmap today to ensure uninterrupted food supplies across the country.
