Construction sectors to enjoy relief by govenrment

Construction sectors have been given 5 to 6 kinds of relief.

The Federal Board of Revenue has said in a briefing that anyone who owns land must inform them that they are building a house with that much money and the house must be completed till September 2022. FBR will not be asked for money spent like this.

It also said that builders have time till 30th September 2022 if anyone wants to build a housing society. Builders will have to provide the map of the construction site and the building must be completed till 30th September.

Apart from that, it was also said in the briefing that The landowner can give his land to the builders under his share

Builders who are already doing construction can join this package after paying taxes on a pre-built part. Ten percent of fixed tax must be given if anyone wants to bring a less expensive housing scheme. One family is also exempt from taxes and tax services on one home. No work is currently being done on the Amnesty scheme.
