Federal Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed  said on Thursday (May 7), The Prime Minister Imran Khan wants transport to be opened. He further stated that PM Imran Khan supports the restoration of Pakistan Railway.

Sheikh Rasheed also said that Pakistan Railway is a government institution and paying salaries of workers is the responsibility of the government.

If government give the subsidy then the problems of railway employees will be solved.

Ministers from other provinces were not consulted and the Sindh government is not with the railway reopening.

Coronavirus is controlled in Pakistan says Sheikh Rasheed

Earlier, Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said on Sunday that we are thankful to Allah that coronavirus is controlled in Pakistan.

He said that forensic report of sugar price hike could get delayed by 10 days.

Federal Minister Sheikh Rasheed has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan saved the country from default by getting debt relief from world leaders.

He also supported PM’s stance of saving people from hunger amid coronavirus and said that government will try to provide relief to poor.
