Earthquake jolts Quetta and surrounding areas

On Thursday, earthquake tremors were felt in Quetta and surrounding areas

According to seismologists, the quake tremors were felt at 9:43 p.m. According to the seismic center, the magnitude of the quake was 4.7 on the Richter scale and its depth was recorded 18 km.

The epicenter was reported 30 kilometers west of Sibi, according to the US Geological Survey

According to the details, the earthquake affected Walan-Dhadar and surrounding areas

Earlier on 26th August, earthquake tremors were felt in Mansehra and surrounding areas. According to the seismological center, the magnitude of the earthquake recorded on the rector scale is 5.1.

The center also reported that the depth of the quake was 120 km. The epicenter of the earthquake was the Hindu Kush in Afghanistan.
