PM congratulates economic team for bringing down sugar prices

Prime Minister Imran Khan has applauded the economic team’s efforts to bring down sugar prices in Pakistan.

As per the details, he congratulated his economic team for decreasing sugar prices through a multi-pronged strategy.

Taking to Twitter, he said sugar is being sold at a national average of 81 rupees per kilogram while it was 102 rupees per kilogram a month back.

Prime Minister Imran Khan will address the Climate Ambition Summit 2020 organized by the United Nations. The summit will be held virtually on Saturday (today).

As per the details, the UN has organized the ambition summit in connection with the 5th anniversary of the Paris agreement.

In the summit, PM Khan will address the viewers about the efforts being made by Pakistan to mitigate the effects of climate change in the country.
