Pakistan, Iceland FMs discuss issue of missing mountaineer

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi had a telephonic conversation with Iceland counterpart Gudlaugur Thór Thórdarson.

According to details, both discussed the issue of missing mountaineer John Snorri.

Qureshi briefed Iceland Foreign Minister about the steps taken the Pakistani authorities to search and rescue the missing mountaineers.

He also assured that Pakistan will extend its support in this regard.

Apart from that, the Foreign Minister of Iceland praised the ongoing search operation for John Snorri and other mountaineers.
