More Than 700,000 Doses Of Sinopharm Vaccine Reach Pakistan

More than 2 million doses of the Sinopharm vaccine will be brought to Pakistan through Pakistan International Airlines of which more than 700,000 doses have reached Islamabad today.

According to details, Pakistan’s national airline is preparing to bring more than 2 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine from China to Pakistan through two Boeing 777 aircraft, while 792,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccine have reached Islamabad.

Sources said two more shipments would be delivered in the next 36 hours.

Sources said that in the next two consignments coming to Pakistan, 1.28 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine will be brought from China.

Earlier, 64,000 doses of the American Coronavirus vaccine Pfizer were brought to Pakistan.

It should be noted that an agreement was signed with Pakistan to buy 13 million doses from Pfizer Company. So far, 100,000 doses have reached Islamabad.

So far 28.885 million 841 people in the country have been given one dose of the vaccine while 74.45 million 184 people have been given both doses of vaccine.
