Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Meeting To Be Held Today For Muharram moon sighting

A meeting of the Central Ruet Hilal Committee will be held today Muharram 2021 moon sighting in Pakistan, in which Maulana Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad will announce the beginning of the new Islamic year.

According to details, a meeting of the Central Ruet Hilal Committee will be held today at the Quetta DC office to observe the new moon of Muharram.

The meeting will be attended by members of Central Ruet Hilal Committee, Zonal Committee Karachi and members of Ministry of Religious Affairs, Science and Technology, SPARCO.

The meetings of the Zonal Sighting Hilal Committees will be held at their respective places, the meeting will decide on the sighting of the moon of Muharram and the Chairman Ruet Hilal Committee will announce the beginning of the new Islamic year.

The Meteorological Department had predicted that the moon of Muharram would appear on August 9, 2021, with Ashura likely to be on August 19.

The Meteorological Department said that the new moon of Muharram 1443 AH will be born on August 8, 2021, at 6:51 AM, after which there is a national possibility that the new moon of Muharram will appear on August 9.
