Mother gives birth to seven babies in Abbottabad

A mum from Abbottabad gave birth to septuplets at a private hospital, according to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department.

The department stated in a Tweet that a mother has given birth to seven babies in Abbottabad, the seventh baby is in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

“The mother is admitted to the hospital and being treated through the Sehat Card Plus Programme. KP Health Department extends all the well wishes to the family, ” the department said in a statement.

On the other hand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra also tweeted a photo of the children captioning: “6 of the septuplets (7 babies) born to a proud mother and father in Abbottabad, courtesy of #KPSehatCardPlus. Wishing you all a wonderful life!”
