
PAF releases song to pay tributes to special persons—Image: APP/File
RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) released a new song ‘Hum Bhi Hain Pakistan’ to pay tribute to the differently-abled.
PAF Directorate General of Public Relations launched the national song on the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The aim of celebrating this day is to promote the rights and welfare of special people in all spheres of society.
The song was sung by singer Almat Asif and the lyrics were composed by Imran Zak.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities is a global awareness commemorated every year on December 3 with a goal to spread awareness of the rights and well-being of special persons with disabilities.

According to the data issued on the United Nations (UN)’s website, out of the total world’s population, nearly one billion people, 7 billion people or approximately 15 per cent of the world’s population, live with some form of disability; 80 per cent live in developing countries.
