ISLAMABAD: Former Federal Minister for Human Rights and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shireen Mazari on Friday said that former Prime Minister Imran Khan did not call the military for help on “breaking pol deadlock.”
Mazari took to Twitter and wrote, “Let me be clear — I am stating on record PM did not call mly [military] for help on “breaking pol deadlock”. The mly [military] sought the mtg [meeting] thru [through] then Def [Defence] Minister Khattak & they put forward the 3 proposals of either PM resigning or taking part in VNC or fresh elections!”.
My request to all those attending our jalsa in Karachi is to carry our Pakistan flag as this is now a fight for Pakistan's sovereignty & haqeeqi (real) democracy, & against US-instigated regime change, supported by local Mir Jafars. #امپورٹڈ_حکومت_نامنظور
