KARACHI: Sindh Minister for Industries, Commerce and Cooperative Department Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has said that the statements of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and his followers regarding the PTI’s long march are smelling of blood.

Imran Khan has failed in every field, he said in his statement here on Wednesday and added that Imran Khan seemed to be suffering from psychological problems.

Imran Khan Niazi had been targeting national security institutions for his own interests.

Provincial Minister Jam Dharejo further said that Imran Khan was unjustifiably criticising all institutions including the judiciary.

The PTI’s long march has been violent in the past as well, he said. He said that the federal government should stop Imran Khan’s long march because Imran Khan has promoted violence and abusive language in the politics. Imran Khan is misleading the young generation, he maintained.

“The politics of the Pakistan Peoples Party is getting popularity all over the country. PPP Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is improving Pakistan’s image on the world stage,” he concluded.

On May 31, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz had said that Imran Khan had sabotaged Pakistan’s relationship with friendly countries.

She had said this while addressing a party gathering in Murree.

Maryam had further said that the PTI government had destroyed the Pak-Turk projects initiated in the PML-N era.

Pakistan cannot prosper until people like Imran Khan are active in Pakistan’s politics, she had asserted.

Maryam had rejected Imran Khan’s claims that he had postponed his sit-in in Islamabad to avoid conflict but the fact was that his party activists set green belt and trees on fire.

The PML-N vice president had asserted that Imran had sabotaged Pakistan’s relationship with friendly countries.
