KARACHI: Nimra Kazmi accepted in front of the Sindh High Court (SHC) that she left for Punjab on her own, Bol News reports on Thursday.

Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro identified Nimra Kazmi as an adult and ordered the trial court to make the final decision.

According to the report, Nimra Kazmi left her home for love marriage and was presented in front of the Sindh High Court.

Justice Iqbal Kalhoro heard the case after Nimra Kazmi’s parents filed a petition for her recovery.

Nimra’s mother told in front of the court that her son is even three years younger than Nimra. To this statement, Justice Iqbal Kalhoro said that we will see the medical reports first.

Advocate Farooq took the stand and said the First Information Report (FIR) has already finished.

The court asked to present Nimra Kazmi for the statement, and police brought her from the shelter homes to the court.

I would like my case to be finished by today, says Nimra Kazmi in front of the court.

“Who Kidnapped you?” Justice Kalhoro asked.
Nimra replied, “Shehla Raza came to meet me.”

Advocate Muhammad Farooq told the court that politicians are involved in this case.

The court gave remarks that kids are loved by their parents but when they grow up they have their rights.

Advocate Muhammad Farooq requested that the court should stop Shehla Raza to meet Nimra Kazmi, she is disturbing this case.

File a separate petition for this issue, Justice Faisal replied to the advocate’s request.

The court ordered Sindh police to file the case challan in the trial court and let Nimra Kazmi meet her parents and husband.

The court also remarked that the trial court may look after the custody of Nimra Kazmi and decisions on other matters. Nimra will be given residence at Dar ul Amaan.
