The bench will hear the petition filed against the ECP’s judgment that declared the PTI’s funding prohibited.

Earlier, IHC on Tuesday decided to put the prohibited funding case before the larger bench.

The Election Commission on August 2nd declared the funding of PTI prohibited and issued a show-cause notice to PTI Chief Imran Khan.

The commission has said that PTI has only verified eight accounts out of 13 announcing the funding prohibited.

The announcement by the ECP was challenged by PTI in the Islamabad High Court. A petition was submitted in IHC against the decision announced by ECP in the funding case of PTI that demanded the suspension of the order that was released on August 2.

It also holds that the show-cause notice issued to Imran Khan should be suspended.
