Imran Khan expedites consultations on dissolution of assemblies

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has expedited the consultations on the issue of dissolving assemblies.

Former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s residence in Lahore has become the center of political activities. Imran Khan will spend a busy day today at Zaman Park.

Chairman Imran Khan will hold meetings with members of the National and Provincial Assembly from various districts of Punjab and will consult the party officials of these districts on the dissolution of the assemblies.

Imran Khan will ask the national and provincial members and officials of different districts of Punjab for their opinion on the dissolution of the assemblies.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan will hold further consultations with legal experts on resignations and dissolution of assemblies in meetings with various party leaders at Zaman Park.

Strict security arrangements have been made in the vicinity of Zaman Park, while surveillance of the vicinity of Zaman Park is ongoing with the help of CCTV cameras.
On the other hand, CM Punjab Pervaiz Elahi has also shown his support for the dissolution of assemblies.
