SHARJAH: A Pakistani named Abdelaziz, was honoured by police in Sharjah for voluntarily moving barriers on a flood-damaged road to ensure the safety of citizens.

Pakistani worker in the UAE was praised for his humanitarian act in Sharjah.

As per details, a part of the road collapsed amid heavy rains that hit the Emirates. Abdelaziz while ensuring the safety of the drivers and other road users, moved barriers from the sunken road.

A motorist shot a video of Pakistan doing the humanitarian act that became viral on social media.

“Due to the rainfall, there is a hole beside the road. This worker wanted to warn other road users about this to prevent disaster. Despite his age, he is doing a good deed,” the social media user said in his video.

Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police while admiring his noble act organized a ceremony for Abdelaziz and highlighted how important it is to promote good deeds in society.
