Suleman Shehbaz presented before FIA for money laundering case

LAHORE: Suleman Shehbaz, son of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, was presented before FIA Lahore today.

The FIA informed that Suleman Shehbaz was handed over a questionnaire after preliminary investigations.

The nine-page questionnaire was handed over to the accused in the money laundering case who requested some time for the reply.

FIA said that time has been granted to Suleman to submit detailed written answers.

Notably, a district and sessions court granted protective bail to the son of the premier who landed days ago in Pakistan ending his four-year exile.

Suleman Shehbaz was instructed by the court that he needs to surrender before the court within 14 days.

He was booked in 2020 in a money laundering case and the investigations are underway.
