Pertinently, the court reserved the verdict on December 12 after the completion of arguments from both sides.
The court summoned Imran Khan to appear before the court for hearing on January 9.
Earlier, the ECP declared Chairman PTI Imran Khan disqualified in the Toshakhana reference.
The decision is to be announced today by the additional session judge at 2pm.
During the previous gearing, the ECP lawyer maintained that if any Toshakhana belongings were transferred then it was mandatory for Imran Khan to mention them in the statements.
