OGRA further increases price of LPG

• OGRA has issued a notification for the increase in cylinder price.
• Domestic LPG cylinder has been made more expensive by Rs 11.53.
• The new price of LPG per kg has been fixed at Rs 277.77 paise.

KARACHI: Giving another shock to inflation-hit people, the government has further increased the price of a domestic cylinder of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has issued a notification for the increase in domestic LPG cylinder price for the month of March.

According to the notification, domestic LPG cylinder has been made more expensive by Rs 11.53 paisa, the price of domestic cylinder has increased by Rs 136.6 paisa.

The new price of LPG per kg has been fixed at Rs 277.77 paise, while after the increase, the price of a domestic cylinder of 11.8 kg has been increased to Rs 3277. 73 paise.

It should be noted that the price of domestic cylinder of 11.8 kg was Rs 3,141. 67 paisa in February.
