Three terrorists and facilitators arrested in Khyber: ISPR

• Major Abdullah martyred in the shootout.

Three terrorists and their facilitators were arrested by the security forces in the Shakas area of Khyber during an operation based on a tip-off.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the Pakistani military stated that the security forces received secret information about the presence of terrorists in the area.

Following this, all the escape routes from the area were blocked.

Major Abdullah tracked down the group of terrorists and raided their hideout.

A severe exchange of fire among the troops took place, which led to the martyrdom of Major Abdullah.

33-year-old Major Abdullah belonged to Kohat.

ISPR stated that the sanitization operation is going on to eliminate terrorists in the area.

Added that the security forces are determined to end the scourge of terrorism.
