ATC issues perpetual arrest warrant for 10 PTI leaders in Judicial Complex attack case
The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad on Wednesday issued perpetual arrest warrants for 10 PTI leaders in the Judicial Complex attack case.
The PTI leaders in hot waters include Murad Saeed, Umar Ayub Khan, Ali Amin Gandapur, Shibli Faraz, Farrukh Habib, Hamad Azhar, Ali Nawaz Awan, Hassan Khan Niazi, Umar Sultan, and Colonel Muhammad Asim.
The warrants have been issued by ATC judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain, following the continuous absence of the accused from the court, despite previous summons.
As a result of these warrants, the accused have been declared as absconders by the court, signaling the seriousness of their non-appearance.
The court has made it clear that these individuals should be apprehended and brought to the court to face legal proceedings wherever they are seen.
