Bushra Bibi expresses no-confidence of IHC’s Justice Aamer Farooq

PTI Chairman Imran khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has expressed lack of confidence on Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamer Farooq.

Bushra Bibi had approached the Islamabad High Court with a request to allow a private meeting with Imran khan in the Adiala Jail.

However, Bushra Bibi has now demanded her plea regarding meeting with PTI chairman to be kept in front of a different bench.

Citing concerns about the decisions rendered in cases scheduled before Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Intazar Hussain Panjutha urged that all their cases be transferred to another bench.

However, CJ Aamer Farooq responded sternly, cautioning against inappropriate language.

Aamer Farooq reiterated the need to reconsider such statements, emphasizing the decorum of the court proceedings.

Subsequently, the court issued notices to various bar councils in response to Bushra Bibi’s plea for a change in the bench.
