CCTV: Robbers deprive citizen of 0.8 mn cash in 25 seconds

KARACHI: A citizen was robbed of Rs0.8 million cash in a span of 25 seconds in Gulshan e Hadeed area of Karachi on Sunday, Bol News reported.

Bol News has obtained a surveillance camera footage which shows three motorcycle riders blocking the car with their bike and withdrawing guns before searching the vehicle.

The robbers completed the robbery in 25 seconds and easily fled away with the cash.

On November 4, police had arrested 44 dangerous robbers of 16 dacoit gangs in Pakpattan during an operation, Bol News had reported.

In this regard, the Pakpattan police had said that goods worth Rs 85 million were recovered from the arrested gangs.

The District Police Office (DPO) Pakpattan had claimed that the arrested accused were wanted by the police in serious cases.

However, the police had handed over six cars, seven rickshaws, and 72 motorcycles to their owners due to the successful operation in the area.
