
FM Jilani telephones Palestinian counterpart to express condolences over deaths of innocent Palestinians
ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani telephoned his Palestinian counterpart and expressed condolences on behalf of the people and government of Pakistan over deaths of innocent Palestinians in brutality of Israel.
Jilani told the Palestinian Foreign Minister that Palestine is not alone in this difficult time and expressed full solidarity with the Palestinians.
The Palestinian Foreign Minister thanked Pakistan for sending aid.
Pakistan has dispatched second tranche of 90 tons of humanitarian relief assistance for people of Gaza and it reached Egypt.
In a post on X, the national Disaster Management Authority said the tranche was dispatched on the direction of Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar.
The tranche includes 40 ton food packs, three ton food bags, 10.8 ton medicines, and 26 ton hygiene and baby kits.
