PTI Chairman Imran Khan complained Special Court judge that the police had taken his cheque book during arrest on August 5.

The unveiled behind-the-scenes details of the cipher case hearing today were obtained by the Bol News.

The story revealed Imran Khan of claiming his cheque book being taken by the police.

PTI chairman urged the Special Court judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain to order police of returning his cheque book, as it contained sufficient funds.

Further insights suggest that both Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood approached the court, seeking an extension of the meeting time with their legal team.

In response, the court granted permission for a two-hour session in the hall after each hearing, allowing the PTI leaders to confer with their lawyers.

As the legal proceedings progressed, the Special Court summoned six witnesses to record their statements.

The today’s hearing on cipher case against PTI chairman has been adjourned till November 14.

The Special Court Judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain conducted the hearing at the Adiala Jail.

The hearing had been adjourned because the statements of three prosecution witnesses could not be recorded today.
