
Court declares PTI leader most wanted
- A FIR was lodged against Shaukat Yousafzai.
- The case was registered under Section 109 on November 2.
- Shangla police conducted raids to arrest him.
Peshawar: The court of Shangla has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shaukat Yousafzai the most wanted person, as Bol News reported.
More provisions have been added to the FIR registered against Shaukat Yousafzai, while the Shangla police conducted raids to arrest the former provincial minister.
In this regard, Shangla police had reached Peshawar to detain Shaukat Yousafzai on the occasion of the PTI intra-party election.
A case was registered against Shaukat Yousafzai in Shangla under Section 109 on November 21.
However, raids were conducted in Bisham, the former provincial minister’s native village, for not arresting Shaukat Yousafzai, whom the court had most wanted.
Earlier, the former provincial minister Shaukat Yousafzai was offloaded from the plane at Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar.
In his video message, Shaukat Yousafzai said that he was going to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah when he was stopped at Bacha Khan International Airport.
In his video statement, Shaukat Yousafzai said that after getting the boarding pass and clearance, why was it stopped. His boarding pass was also taken from him.
