NADRA updated fee for Smart NICOP in Oman – Dec 2023

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) serves as the authorized body for issuing the Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP), a crucial document for Pakistani citizens residing abroad.

Any Pakistani citizen can apply for a Smart NICOP for their respective country, facilitating visa-free travel to Pakistan for dual nationals.

Notably, the passport number is a mandatory requirement when applying for this document for newborns born abroad.

NADRA has established two fee structures for Smart NICOP based on regions, with Oman falling under Zone B, home to a significant Pakistani expatriate community.

The fees for Smart NICOP include normal, urgent, and executive categories, providing accessible options for overseas Pakistanis.

New Smart NICOP

Normal: 20 USD

Urgent: 30 USD

Executive: 40 USD
