Six people died in tragic van-tractor collision

Six passengers on Thursday were killed in a collision between a passenger van and a tractor trolley in Lodhran, Bol News reported.

 The rescue officials said that the collision between the passenger van and the tractor trolley was due to high speeds.

Rescue officials further said that as soon as the accident was reported, the rescue teams reached the accident site, and the injured and bodies were immediately shifted to the hospital.

The hospital administration has confirmed the deaths of said people in the accident, while 16 others were injured in the accident and are undergoing treatment.

Earlier, six members of the same family were killed in a tragic car accident in the Defence Phase 7 area of Lahore late on Saturday night.

According to the police, Rafaqat Ali and his family, on their way back to their residence in Shadab Colony on Ferozepur Road after visiting his daughter’s in-laws, experienced a collision between two cars near Defence Phase 7.

The impact left six members of Rafaqat Ali’s family, including two infants, critically injured.

Despite being promptly transferred to Lahore General Hospital, all the injured individuals, unfortunately, succumbed to their injuries during treatment.
