KP CM Gandapur to launch employment programmes for youth

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Amin Gandapur has taken revolutionary steps to empower the youth.

The KP government has completed its preparations to launch three big schemes including Ehsaas Rozgar, Ehsaas Hoonar, Ehsaas Naujawan Rozgar programmes to provide employment to the youth.

The chief minister has directed to finalize memorandum of understandings as soon as possible.

As per schemes, soft loans of 10 million rupees would be catered to the youth under Ehsaas Naujawan Rozgar scheme.

Interest-free loan of up to Rs200,000 would be provided to launch new businesses and extend current ones under the Ehsaas Rozgar Scheme.

Up to Rs500,000 interest free loans would be given to skillful youth to start their businesses under the Ehsaas Hoonar Programmes.

Progress on ‘Ehsaas Apana Ghar’ programme was also reviewed. Up to Rs 1.5 million loans without interest would be rendered to build new houses or extend the present houses.
