Light rain expected in Karachi

The cold wave, caused by icy winds blowing in from Quetta, significantly reduced the feel-like temperature, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reported.

The PMD stated that residents might see some respite from the cold starting today; however, another cold spell is anticipated to hit the city.

The weather department forecasted that most districts in the province would remain cold and dry.

Additionally, light rain with thundershowers is expected in Sukkur, Khairpur, Sanghar, and nearby areas, while drizzle is likely in Umerkot, Tharparkar, and Karachi.
