School timings announced for Ramazan in Sindh

The Sindh Education Department has announced revised school timings for the month of Ramazan.

According to an official notification, single-shift primary schools will operate from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with Friday timings reduced to 11:30 AM.

For double-shift primary schools, the morning shift will run from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, while the afternoon shift will be from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. On Fridays, the first shift will follow the same 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM schedule, while the second shift will operate from 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM.

Similarly, secondary, higher secondary, and elementary schools with a single shift will function from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM, closing early at 11:30 AM on Fridays.

For double-shift secondary and higher secondary schools, the morning shift will be from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and the afternoon shift from 11:45 AM to 2:45 PM. On Fridays, the second shift will conclude earlier, ending at 1:30 PM.
