Sindh announces holiday on February 14

The Sindh Education Department has declared a public holiday for all government and private educational institutions on Friday, February 14, in honor of Shab-e-Barat.

As per an official notification, schools, colleges, and other institutions under the department will remain closed on the 15th of Shaban to mark the religious occasion.

Shab-e-Barat, observed on the 15th night of Shaban, holds great religious significance in Islam, with people offering prayers, seeking forgiveness, and performing various religious rituals.
