This meeting followed the recent approval of the National Youth Employment Plan, aimed at providing market-driven training programs to empower Pakistan’s youth.

During a review session on Thursday, PM Shehbaz approved a strategy to offer industry-specific training to young people. The plan outlines training and employment opportunities through various institutions over the next four years.

Under this initiative, between 2.4 million and 6 million youth will receive training annually to enhance employment prospects. Additionally, the Digital Youth Hub is set to launch this month, providing a dedicated platform for youth development and job opportunities.
