Pakistan’s Retaliation to India will resonate worldwide, warns DG ISPR
DG ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry stated that the cowardly enemy avoided direct combat and instead targeted innocent civilians under the cover of darkness. He vowed that the nation would hold the enemy accountable for every drop of the martyr’s blood.
At Wednesday’s press briefing aboard the ship, he exposed India’s hideous face by calling out the cowardly attack. He emphasized that Pakistani forces exercised their right to self-defense in response to the barbaric aggression.
DG ISPR proudly announced that Pakistan’s brave Air Force shot down five Indian aircraft, including three Rafale jets, and expressed national pride in the Air Force’s performance.
He reported that Indian forces are continuing unprovoked shelling along the LoC and the Working Boundary, and confirmed that Pakistan is actively responding by destroying several enemy check posts.
He confirmed that all Pakistani aircraft and military installations remained safe during the cowardly attack.
DG ISPR stated that the cowardly Indian attack on the night of May 6th and 7th martyred 31 innocent civilians and injured 57 others, with mosques deliberately targeted. He emphasized that India’s actions have clearly proven its involvement in state terrorism.
DG ISPR said that Pakistan would hold India accountable for every drop of innocent blood shed. He affirmed that the army, the people, and the entire nation stood united.
During the press conference, officials read out articles from the Geneva Convention and screened footage of the Pakistani army’s retaliatory action against Indian forces since the previous night. The briefing also featured heartbreaking images of martyred and injured children, along with video evidence of the desecration of the Holy Quran.
