
Islamabad: Pakistan is prepared to collaborate with India on joint counter-terrorism initiatives, Bilawal Bhutto
Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that we are ready for joint counter -terrorism efforts, Indian leadership has shown a willingness to engage in dialogue aimed at achieving peace and stability in the region.
Addressing to the international conference on “Pakistan’s war on terror for world” he said, terrorism is a global issue and Pakistan has made most sacrifices against it.
He said that Pakistan is firmly committed to combating terrorism and is actively working towards global peace. There is no words of surrender in Pakistan’s dictionary, we will never bow down.
Referring to Operation Zarb -e -Azb and Radd-ul-Fasaad, Bilawal Bhutto said that these measures broke the backbone of al -Qaeda, ISIS and other terrorist organizations, Pakistan is playing a role in the against terrorism, the international community supports us in this anti -terrorism war.
Chairman of PPP reminded Afghanistan’s interim government to adhere to the Doha Agreement and not to use their territory against Pakistan. Providing shelter to terrorist groups across the Durand Line poses a threat to regional peace.
Speaking about India, Bilawal Bhutto said that Pakistan is ready for joint counter-terrorism efforts with India. He urged India to sit down, talk, and work together to resolve issues related to Kashmir and water.
He also mentioned that Pakistan is tackling new challenges like digital propaganda and is striving to keep youth away from extremism by providing employment and development opportunities.
In conclusion, Bilawal Bhutto emphasized that for the safe future of upcoming generations, terrorism must be defeated at all costs.
