NADRA expand their Services, Now offered at Union Council
Offering major relief to citizens weary of repeated visits to NADRA offices, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has extended its essential services to local Union Councils.
To improve public access, NADRA has launched a new initiative that enables residents to access all identity-related services directly at their respective Union Council offices. These services include issuing and renewing National Identity Cards (CNICs), registering Child Registration Certificates (B-Forms), providing Family Registration Certificates, updating marital status, canceling ID cards, and more.
NADRA has initially rolled out these services in the Union Councils of Islamabad’s Saidpur, Sihala, Model Town, Koral, I-10/4, Chakwal’s Mureed area, and Gujrat’s Daulat Nagar.
Recently, NADRA streamlined the CNIC issuance process to minimize long queues. In Karachi, the authority expanded its biker service from 3 to 8 units, significantly enhancing home delivery options for CNIC renewals and other related services.
