Sindh Govt announces holiday on 20 October

The Sindh government has announced a public holiday across the province on October 20 to mark the Hindu festival of Diwali.

According to the official notification issued by the provincial government, all government offices in Sindh will remain closed on Monday, October 20.

The decision has been made to allow the Hindu community to celebrate their religious festival with joy and freedom. Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, is one of the most significant celebrations for the Hindu community.
