After completing the handover of One Canal Road, Pakistan’s fastest-delivered luxury project, UK-based developer One Homes has announced a new venture — Diyàr, a wellness-inspired residential community in Islamabad’s fast-growing Zone IV area.
According to Aqib Hassan, Chief Commercial Officer at One Homes, the project will bring an investment of $35 million into Pakistan’s economy and create over 5,000 jobs. “This marks a major step forward in bringing international-grade residential concepts to the country,” he said.
Hassan shared that One Homes has invested more than $92 million in Pakistan over the past seven years, which has helped generate thousands of employment opportunities.
Talking about his recent meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Hassan said, “We had a constructive discussion on overseas investment and the renewed confidence of the diaspora. Pakistan’s stock market is being recognised as a turnaround story by Western media and investors. We assured the PM of our full support and will be participating in an upcoming AI summit at his invitation.”
Diyàr is being introduced as Pakistan’s first wellness-led residential development, located in the scenic Zone IV area along the Murree Expressway. It is a CDA-approved gated community, just 12 minutes from Islamabad’s city centre and 45 minutes from Murree. Covering 250,000 square feet, the project aims to redefine modern living by combining biophilic design, sustainable architecture, and Blue Zone lifestyle principles.
“This isn’t just another luxury project,” said Hassan. “Diyàr is designed around wellness, longevity, and balance. It’s where architecture, nature, and science meet to create a healthier way of life.”
The project brings together a global team of collaborators, including Varabyeu Partners, Versace Ceramics, Savills, BCO London, and Wumman Spa.
