RAWALPINDI: Two terrorists were killed during an intense fire exchange in North Waziristan District on Friday, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The ISPR said that the killed terrorists - Abdullah Khadri and Khalid alias Janan - remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area including target killing of innocent civilians.
It further said that on 12th January 2024, security forces conducted an Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) in North Waziristan District on reported presence of terrorists.
During the conduct of operation, an intense fire exchange took place, sending two to hell.
It added that sanitization operation was being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area as the Security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.
