Mountain filled with gold discovered in Congo, locals over the moon

What will you do if you find a mountain filled with gold? Well, villagers of Congo’s South Kivu province just got lucky as they found a mountain filled with expensive metal.

A video of villagers is going viral on social media in which they can be seen digging the mountain and filling the buckets with gold.

According to details. the discovery of gold-rich mountain in Luhihi attracted many locals to change their future.

International media personnel shared a video on his Twitter account and wrote,

“A video from the Republic of the Congo documents the biggest surprise for some villagers in this country, as an entire mountain filled with gold was discovered,” read the caption. “They dug the soil inside the gold deposits and take them to their homes in order to wash the dirt and extract the gold.”

It can be seen in the video that the villagers are using various tools including shovels to dig the ground to extract gold. Some were also spotted using their hands to find gold from the soil.

Another video showed the locals washing the dirt off gold and collecting in the metal bucket.
