Abigail Spencer, a close friend of Meghan Markle, has now spoken on the “really dark time” the royal went through while living in the UK.

The friend revealed everything after acknowledging that she had been promised years of silence and “wasn’t allowed to say anything.”

She went on to mention Meghan Markle’s “complex organism” and the tremendous gap it generated.

She revealed her secrets in the documentary about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, saying, “That was a really dark… That was a really dark time.”

“And I didn’t know what to do. Like, that’s the thing, they are in this complex organism that I don’t know anything about or how to help or what to do.”

She continued by saying that she was “not allowed to say anything.”  Like I was not allowed to say anything.”
