Wife of Ex-French president under fire for sharing edited picture of Meghan Markle

The photoshopped photo of Prince Harry with Meghan Markle as Yoko Ono that Carla Bruni, a French model and the wife of the former president Nicolas Sarkozy, posted online has drawn criticism.

Meghan Markle, Harry’s wife, was replaced in the now-deleted image by Ono, who is suspected of being responsible for the Beatles’ dissolution.

Her admirers defended Bruni, claiming that her Instagram post was appropriate given that Meghan Markle has also severed Harry’s ties to his family.

Carla Burni removed the modified photo from her Instagram account many hours after uploading it.

Harry is currently in the news for his book “Spare,” which was published on Tuesday but first appeared online a few days before.
