The Princess of Wales, 41, paid a visit to Landau Forte College in Derby with Captain Preet Chandigarh MBE to mark her return from her solo Antarctic expedition.

Captain Preet Chandi’s solo expedition across Antarctica was celebrated by the much-loved royal. She set a new world record for the longest unsupported solo Polar expedition.

As she participated in activities with students, the princess played a game. The couple wrapped up their trip by speaking to a group of year 11 and year 13 students about developing resilience and mental well-being in all aspects of life.
