Prince William ‘relished the freedom’ during his brief split from Kate Middleton

A body language specialist claimed that Prince William “relished the freedom” during his brief split from Kate Middleton.

During the Concert for Diana in 2007, Judi James was watching video of the future king and his brother, Prince Harry.

Hosted in Paris ten years after their mother’s passing, William and Kate had just gone through a short breakup and were “finding themselves.”

William was seen dancing during the event with his arms extended, which Judi claimed proved it wasn’t always the younger brother that acted in a humiliating manner.

She said: “This amusing clip demonstrates that the royal family’s comedic moments weren’t always handled by Harry and that William, Harry’s older brother, was more than capable of humiliating Harry with some unrestrained dad-dancing.

“There is the strong hint William is trying to boast to Kate that he is relishing his freedom and is capable of having the most fun time without her.” Speaking to the Express, she added:

“His elbows are raised in geezer mode and his neck-wobble hints at a touch of rebellion. It must have been the tiniest of swan songs before settling down with Kate though.

“As a signal of making the most of the single, free lad’s life it failed hilariously. Kate was there behind him all the time and he clearly wasn’t suited to this kind of body language ritual.”

Judi adds that the Duke asked Kate, who was at the time seated a few rows behind the royals, to help him convince her ex-boyfriend to stop dancing.

“William seems to be encouraging his brother to join in the dancing while Harry looks to be engaged in a more serious chat with his girlfriend at the time, Chelsy,” she continued.

Kate was seated far back, most likely as a result of the infamous “break” she had that year with William.

“It appears that Chelsy was the one who first alerted Harry to William’s attention-seeking dance routine.
