Kate Middleton‘s attire for the Commonwealth service on Monday, March 13th, 2023, might have been a jab at Meghan Markle.

The Princess of Wales allegedly clashed with the Duchess of Sussex over fashion designer Erdem Moralolu early in their relationship.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Meghan and Kate both admired Erdem’s designs. A news paper previously stated that Erdem prioritised Kate above Meghan, despite the fact that the former Suits actress fell in love with his clothing during her acting career.

Kate wore an Erdem flowery jacket and matching skirt for her appearance on Monday.

Despite the fact that Meghan has previously worn the British designer’s masterpieces before joining the royal family. Meghan was angry by the designer’s favouritism towards Kate, as she was after Kate was presented the latest designs. Meghan allegedly stated that Kate “wasn’t even Queen” after hearing the news.

For the royal engagement, the former actress donned a custom-made green coat dress. In early 2016, the Duchess of Sussex wore a garment from his 2015 collection before meeting Harry.
