Aiman and Muneeb shares insights on keeping romance alive in a joint family

Aiman Khan and Muneeb Butt, two stars who married at a young age, have maintained a beautiful relationship, a rarity in today’s world. Blessed with two daughters, the couple exudes happiness and mutual support. They recently granted an interview to journalist Aamna Haider Isani, discussing all aspects of their marriage.

The couple discussed old traditions they believe should be broken with changing times. Muneeb asserted that the outdated tradition of placing the entire responsibility of raising children solely on the mother needs to be abandoned.

He said “Yes Aiman takes more responsibility but he is also hands-on. He is always with his girls and he has even canceled his shoots if there was a health issue with his daughter or anything similar. The couple agreed that both parents need to take equal responsibility and that is something that needs to change in society’s old tradition booklet.”

Living in a joint family and raising two young kids, the couple also discussed how they maintain romance in their marriage after six years. They revealed that they prioritize traveling, even with their kids, as it provides ample time for them to be together. Aiman expressed that residing in a joint family offers numerous advantages, ensuring her safety even when Muneeb is absent, while their families consistently take care of the kids, allowing the couple to have their “Me time” when they go out.
