Chahat Fateh Ali Khan Responds to Bado Badi Model’s Allegations
Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, a renowned Pakistani entertainer and social media sensation, has recently gained international fame following the success of his hit song “Bado Badi.”
The song, released a month ago, amassed 28 million views before being taken down by YouTube due to copyright violations. Following the song’s viral success, Khan and model Wajdan Rao, who appeared in the video, engaged in a public dispute. Rao gave multiple interviews accusing Khan of various issues.
In response, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan addressed the accusations in a viral Facebook video. In the video, Khan humorously mimicked Rao’s style of making accusations before directly addressing the claims made by the model regarding their collaboration on “Bado Badi.”
Talking about it, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan said, “I gave her chance in the six songs, no one knew her before my songs. I gave her work in 6 songs in last 2.5 years and now she’s crying that I will not work with Chahat Fateh Ali Khan. I didn’t know what happened when my friend informed me that she has been giving interviews against me. I called her and asked the reason, she said, ‘I was doing this just for the views’, upon which I said, you are already very famous now, you don’t need to do such cheap stunts after getting famous. I didn’t have any contract with her, I gave her five thousand which I give to my models, I also arranged a dinner, after that I gave her a drop at her house through a rickshaw ride”.
Responding to her accusation of feeling threatened by him, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan stated that he is harmless and has never even killed a housefly. He also advised Wajdan Rao to leverage the fame positively and pursue a career in the media industry.
