Chahat Fateh Ali Khan’s ‘Bado Badi’ removed from YouTube
Kashif Rana, widely recognized by his internet alias Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, shot to fame on social media with his peculiar viral songs, including ‘Bado Badi,’ which amassed millions of views on YouTube and other platforms.
Chahat released ‘Bado Badi’ on a video streaming site, featuring a friend as the model. The song quickly went viral, garnering 19 million views within a month.
It appeared in the trending section, influencing numerous content creators and celebrities, and inspiring various renditions and skits.
Despite its popularity, ‘Bado Badi’ was recently removed from Chahat Fateh Ali Khan’s official YouTube channel due to copyright issues.
The original version of the song, titled ‘Akh Lari Bado Badi,’ was sung by the legendary Noor Jehan for the 1973 Pakistani film ‘Banarasi Thug.’
The song, a classic from the past, has seen many renditions before Chahat’s version.
